Thoughts, emotions, vibrations... law of attraction and alignment

Your inner harmony or disharmony results from your thoughts, emotions, and physiological state. These "activities" shape your magnetic field, attracting what resonates with it.

Wayne Dyer, author of The Power of Intention, said: "The law of attraction doesn’t bring us what we need but responds to who we are." The law of attraction never pauses; it’s always active, reacting to your vibrational emissions without judgment.

Understanding and managing your vibration is the key to taking control of your life. It’s a learning process that requires self-awareness and humility—accepting who you truly are, questioning yourself, and stepping out of victim mode by considering: "What if I’m simply a victim of myself? What if I carry elements within me that attract my experiences?"

Having transformed my life through this process, I’m convinced of its truth. I’m not saying nothing ever affects me now, but I’m aware that anything disharmonious in my life reflects a part of me—conscious or unconscious—that’s also disharmonious.

To restore balance, I think of Tesla and Einstein, who said:

"Everything in the universe is energy, everything is vibration, from the infinitely small to the infinitely large. Everything is energy, and that’s it!" Einstein added: "Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This isn’t philosophy; it’s physics."

Your vibrations determine whether you’re in an upward spiral—feeling good, energized, with projects and life aligning—or a downward spiral, encountering people and events that amplify difficulties. At that point, you must wake up, stop seeing yourself as a victim, and say: "Okay, I’m completely misaligned since nothing’s going right and I keep repeating the same patterns. I’ll do what it takes to return to harmony." Otherwise, you reinforce beliefs of unworthiness, bad luck, or being cursed, attracting matching vibrations. The universe doesn’t send what you want but what you are—what you vibrate.

The reality is you’re under the influence of negative programming that needs to be deactivated. Your vibrational level isn’t determined by thoughts alone but by emotions, which are 5,000 to 10,000 times more powerful than mental activity. Positive thinking alone isn’t enough.

For example, imagine seeing a flyer for a weekend getaway. You might have positive thoughts: "Wow, it’s beautiful, what a great place!" But your emotions might not align, feeling lack, frustration, or sadness due to limiting beliefs. It’s impossible to be aware of every thought and emotion constantly, but what matters is your overall inner state. Identifying your dominant emotional mode is the path to change. From there, you can take steps to shift and transform deep beliefs and pain, thus altering your vibrational foundation.

If you still see yourself as a victim, notice what you’re constantly emitting. Examine the vibrations you put into the world before blaming it for your reality. I know someone who’s unaware of their deeply negative mindset—constantly complaining, criticizing, and resenting life. They’re blind to the positives despite having many blessings. Their negative filter, built over years, only lets them see a world of frustration and injustice. Their life continues to deteriorate under their own influence, accumulating debts, toxic relationships, and problems, yet they choose to remain a victim instead of taking responsibility for their state.

No matter your situation, change is always possible. There are no "life’s tormentors" holding you back—only you. You have the power to change everything through your free will.

A victim isn’t a bad person; they just haven’t yet realized their own power.

How to return to higher vibrations?

Living peacefully in a meaningful existence is true harmony. Is it possible? Absolutely. Even if you’re stuck in negative emotions or believe these ideas only work for others, deep down, you have the faith and desire to break free—otherwise, you wouldn’t be reading this. So, set aside your skeptical mind and take action. Reprogram your subconscious by repeating for at least 21 days that you’re doing well and things are improving, until it becomes an unshakable belief.

Key steps to achieve this:

  1. Purify your heart: Make peace with your past, forgive yourself and others, and release anger, sadness, or blocked emotions tied to old wounds. These condition your vibration. Sometimes, you may need help to move past them.

  2. Rebalan your lifestyle: Return to your essential needs—healthy
