The pineal gland is the supreme conductor of hormonal symphonies and the epicenter of enlightenment, the seat of the soul, or the third eye. I addressed its decalcification in the Thyroid Treatment because dysfunctions of this vital gland, along with other parts of the endocrine system, are linked to the full potential of the pineal gland, which is undeniably the unrivaled conductor of hormonal symphonies.

This small pinecone-shaped gland, which some have manipulated through various means and harmful substances (notably fluoride) to make us docile sheep who barely react today, serves as the bridge between the two planes (Earth and Sky). This gland, the gateway to our higher consciousness, produces the hormone melatonin, which regulates sleep cycles, as well as valentoline, which I discussed in a video on February 16. Valentoline plays an even greater role in this regard but remains lesser-known to this day!

Until now, and still for those who practice or are drawn to this mental practice, meditation has been a way to reach new heights in activating this gland, opening the path to higher planes.
