DON'T FORGET TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

  UNIVERSAL TIME

SUMMER TIME  is UT (universal time) + 2 hours: therefore SUBTRACT 2 hours from what is indicated in the table above

• In order to find the exact time in UT ; it should therefore be considered that at 6 a.m., it is in fact 4 a.m. and therefore the "lungs" as the target organ" (there is in fact a two-hour time difference with the UT)

Winter time  is UT (universal time) + 1 hour: therefore SUBTRACT 1 hour from what is indicated in the previous table

In order to find the exact time in UT; for example, it should therefore be considered that at 7 a.m., it is in fact 6 a.m. and therefore the "large intestine" as the target organ" (there is in fact an hour difference with the UT)

Each organ or organ meridian has a peak of functioning/energetic recharge for TWO hours each day .  TWELVE hours later this same organ is at its minimum. For example, the peak of functioning of the LUNG , a YIN organ, is between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. (see diagram) however between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. the energy of this organ is LOW.

• The peak of operation: energy recharge of the LIVER , a YIN organ is between 1am and 3am in the morning (see diagram) however between 1pm and 3pm the energy of this organ is LOW. Throughout the day there are many occasions when we get angry, we lose our temper or we are angry with someone and sometimes we don't always express it. During the night the liver digests this emotion of anger, resentment during the night.

The peak of functioning/energy recharge of the SPLEEN , a YIN organ is between 9 and 11am in the morning (see diagram) however between 9pm and 11pm the energy of this organ is LOW. The SPLEEN is a very important organ in Chinese medicine. It is called "the ruminant". It is associated with preoccupations, worries & failures.

We can have the fear or the feeling of having "failed", failed in our relationship as a couple, our career or even our life.

A little clarification for those who really want to do things right... But don't let yourself be diverted by too much mentality and you just have to  keep time  at which the frequency assemblies of JjG vibrasons must be listened to to optimize the vibratory resonances from a holistic point of view (Physics and Spirit)
